Behemoth Announce 2026 Australian Tour: Chaos, Fire, and Ritual Await
Fearless. Brutal. Brilliant.
Those are just three words of many that can describe the inescapable fury of Polish extreme metal band, Behemoth.
Initially formed in 1991 as a three piece, Behemoth has a storied history in not only being instrumental in the establishment of the underground Polish metal scene (alongside Vader and Hate), but also in elevating their own music to be known as one of the most revered and provocative bands in the world.
With over 30 years under their belt, Behemoth have announced a brand-new Australian tour which will see them touch-down in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide – to perform an apocalyptically-charged ferocious set of extreme metal songs – from across their entire catalogue.
This announcement obviously came out earlier this week, with frontman Nergal weighing in on his anticipation of this upcoming Australian tour, saying:
“We’re coming to set stages ablaze and leave no soul unscathed. This tour is a celebration of Behemoth’s legacy and a testament to the unbreakable spirit of our fans. Expect chaos, fire, and a ritual like no other.”
Of course, anyone whose seen or heard Behemoth will know this is an incredible opportunity to catch them on tour yet again. They bring such an elaborate stage show which is definitely worth checking out if you can. They’re even bringing fellow Polish Black Metal musician, Niddhogg, on the tour downunder – which is sure to be an interesting spectacle. Certainly not your mum’s favourite band.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale October 17th at 9am EST – with General On-sale tickets going on sale October 20th at 9am EST. Check out the tour dates and poster below:
